The safety of its allies is the Celestial's greatest duty, and it is well equipped to that purpose. The Celestial is a brand new Spark for Spencer Campbell's NOVA, arriving as the light counterpart of the Infernal, the Celestial buffs its allies with every action providing It's passive power grants allies a buff that will enhance their next power and heal them as well!
