Ride in luxury as the seasoned crew and staff take care of all your needs. ---- You and your group have secured passage on the Queen of Lodestars, an opulent riverboat with a reputation for high-culture and unfair gambling. This seems a fitting backdrop for your crime. Working together, you are planning a murder. With a little bit of coin and luck, you’ve managed to secure a passenger manifest confirming that they plan to be on the Queen in the coming weeks. After some minor adjustments to the plan, you have all of the pieces in place to make your move and get away clean. However, the day you set sail, a headline about a solved murder in the local paper gives one of you pause. You recognize a name from the manifest, and realize there is a potential threat to your plan: Haviland Smulders (they/them), said to be “The World’s Sharpest Detective”, is on the boat with you. ---- This is a murder mystery scenario for ARC: Doom by Momatoes, in which you the players are the murderers. You have planned the perfect murder, and the time is right for revenge. You will not let the presence of a meddling detective get in your way. Will you all escape undetected?
