Kobayashi's TRAVEL ORACLE

This oracle was designed to be easy to memorize so any GM (or solo player) can use it on the fly without having to consult a chart (except for the random events table). You'll need three six-sided dice to use it. I've been using it for months now and it works fast and well. My players appreciate it even more because they feel the Oracle is kinda "neutral" and not submited to the whims of the GM. It really changed the flow of my games for the better so, you know, maybe try it? The events chart is tailored for a fantasy setting but I may design a sci-fi one as well. It's released under a CC BY 4.0 license so do what you want with it as long as you give proper credit to me, Kobayashi.
