CopperCube Simple Text To Speech

Updated: version 4Has a SAVE command to save speech into .wav file..(sometimes you may need it to save and edit sound -dont forgot to convert .wav into other format that is smaller in size)Added action file to be downloaded- this is a standalone with my exe file-so no need for external exe file with this version.
