FS22 Jan PowerJet 2000

I took the Jan PowerJet 2000 sprayer and added See and Spray, GPS config, and beacon lights to it. I also fixed the lights to the right sequences.UPDATE: I fixed the spinning out stupidness with frictionScale="3" . If it's still not enough, just up the number to your liking.
