Summoning for Hungry Wizards

The archmage is hungry. There's only one thing you can do... You must channel arcane powers to summon a (delicious?) pizza. 1. Draw runes to summon ingredients. 2. Figure out how exactly each ingredient is summoned. 3. Combine the runes to summon all required ingredients at the same time. 4. Stay away from the lemon.
