Untitled Demon Book

Letter From The Editor: 18th of June, 2024. A few weeks ago, I was assigned the task of opening an ancient tome adorned with a demon’s image. This intriguing artifact was acquired from Trent Holbrook of Miscast, who claimed it was delivered to him by a strangely intelligent dog wearing a party hat. Despite lacking any visible locks or latches, the tome resists all attempts to force it open with sheer strength. Its contents have remained a mystery to Trent for months prior to my receiving it. Through various arcane methods, I have managed to extract a handful of pages and their respective authors without physically unlocking the book. These pages predominantly detail summoning rituals, consistently referring to the summoned entity as a “demon.” Trent speculates that these pages might pertain to some form of tabletop role-playing game and insists they pose no threat. However, I advise approaching them cautiously. What strikes me as peculiar is that while Trent recognizes all the attributed names on these pages, upon contacting them, each individual claims no memory of creating such content.
