Sometimes I forget...

I made this zine at a time when I was embarking on a big project. I was both excited and scared. I knew there might be times I'd need to ask for help, support, and understanding from others, if I was going to complete this project successfully... and I knew that my habitual pattern was to try to do everything myself and not tell anyone when I'm having a hard time. So I made this as a reminder to myself. It was helpful for me, and I'm sharing it in hopes that it might be helpful for you, too.
