Heart Searching in Unspecified Block Game

You're on a date! Progress through three levels, finding 7 hearts to clear each scene. A prototype made in a week for this semester's project. My only ownership claim of assets used are the scenes that I built in Minecraft, I obviously do not own Minecraft and use it for educational purposes ONLY!
