Social Anxiety

Driven by social anxiety, Steve spends most of his time alone in his apartment, writing his scripts and stories. But as he sinks further into self-isolation, his writing seems to worsen, and his life seems to unravel more each day. Even though he's unwilling to admit it, the signs are doubling down. First, a cockroach appears in his room, refusing to leave. Then, despite his best efforts to avoid people, he keeps stumbling into awkward encounters with this pizza delivery person, Clarence - who, on top of it all, has just moved in next door with their boyfriend Joey. No matter how hard he tries, Steve can't seem to escape these new, stressful interactions; thus grows even more convinced that his life is becoming an unavoidable downward spiral. And yet.. even if Steve tries his best to keep the world out of his life, it might just make an effort to come back in .. This story will be told as a webtoon, with the possibility of being available in comic book form in the future. The comic has an ongoing story but mainly focuses on capturing small, relatable moments in the lives of people with social anxiety. These moments stand on their own while occasionally adding to the overall narrative.
