WASD to move Follow the road Press R to recover the vehicle Press L to restart the level (This game is a far cry from completed so don't expect anything good) If you are confused: The green bar in the car is the amount of battery charge that you have (your car is electric), if that charge reaches 0 then the car will not move. Accelerating and braking uses charge so make sure to not run out. There are batteries scattered around the map that replenish your charge.
