Recurring Fantasy NPCs

This is a collection of twelve recurring NPCs that you can insert into your campaigns. Each NPC is designed to provide multiple encounters, many of which evolve over time. Some NPCs provide an opportunity to acquire a unique item, treasure, familiar, or boon. Mechanical abilities are described at a high level to be easily adapted to any gaming system.
