The Truck is a classic from the guys over at Tri-State Modding and the Fuel Tanker is FSMiners. hold 20,000L works with every liquid that I could find including "Liquid Lime" **Disclaimer** If you don't like the mod, simply don't download it and move on. I'm not stealing anything outright and claiming it as my own unless I personally have changed over 90% of what it is inside and out. That being said, I'm still going to give credit where credit is due. This is just a simple combination of two completely separate mods.
