Battle Alpacas

Hello everyone! Battle Alpacas Beta 1.0 is officially on the way! This update is one of the biggest steps forward for the game so far, bringing major improvements to gameplay, multiplayer, movement, and overall polish. One of the biggest areas we focused on was improving the maps. Layouts, traversal, and overall flow have been refined to make matches feel smoother, faster, and more enjoyable. Alongside this, the UI has also received a noticeable upgrade, giving the game a cleaner and more polished presentation. Beta 1.0 also introduces a brand-new HUD system. While still fairly primitive, it is now fully functional and includes a health bar, killfeed, and kill/death counters to give players much better feedback during matches and make gameplay feel more complete overall. Multiplayer synchronization has continued to improve as well, helping online gameplay feel smoother, more stable, and more responsive than previous versions. We’ve also added a new step-up movement function to help prevent players from getting stuck on ledges and small obstacles, making movement around the environment feel much more fluid during gameplay. This update represents a huge milestone for Battle Alpacas, and we want to thank everyone who has supported the project so far through feedback, testing, and continued encouragement throughout development. There’s still much more planned for the future, but Beta 1.0 is a major leap forward for the game, and we can’t wait for everyone to experience it.
