The Town of Utopia

Utopia was founded not too long after the war. The original founders were people who had left the east because they were tired of the violence and hatred. They believed it was possible to create a society where everyone was equal and worked together for the common good. They were radically inclusive. Everyone was welcome, as long as they could agree to some basic tenets. First, everyone (Native Americans, Black folks, Asian folks, women and all others) is the same, no one is better than another. Second, all work was done for the good of everyone. Third, everyone who lives in or around town gets to have a say in town decisions. For a number of years this worked very well for them. The town never got all that big and everyone helped each other. Until the arrival of the Morden Kane Company.
