Feel the hoop twist around every degree of your hips. Hoop too low? Spin faster. Hoop too high? Ease off a little. Hail, Orpheus. You truly are a hula kāne without parallel. Your performance has moved me to no end. I admit, the shark attack was a tragedy; I received Euridice before her time. Do not take this concession of mine lightly. For no other mortal would I violate the natural order as I do for you now. Go, now. Take her up to Leina Kauhane. But heed my warning! Do not look back, lest she be lost.
