Sugar & Spice is a micro TTRPG intended for newcomers to the hobby and experienced players looking for a simple, streamlined game to easily pick up and run. Perfect for one-shots or mini-campaigns, we encourage you to just dive in and start playing. Inspired by the magical girl & sentai genres, players assume the roles of Sugar & Spice Champions; magically enhanced superheroes, who have sworn to fight evil in exchange for granting their hearts' true wish. Built around a simple d6 system that encourages narrative freedom and collaborative storytelling, Sugar & Spice is designed to let your imagination run wild. Run up buildings, fight crowds of enemy minions, blow a hole in the moon with a heart-shaped laser; the sky isn't the limit, it's the beginning. Get creative! Get weird! Powerscaling is for losers, anyway. Character creation is streamlined and personalized, weaving roleplay into mechanics. The rulebook is structured to teach you how to build your character at the same time that you're learning the system. A Champion's magic is based around their personality, so no two Champions will use it the same way. Your sheet is built around 4 easily understandable statistics: Brains, Brawns, Heart, and Speed. As you advance your story, your personality traits can change, and your statistics can also change to reflect it. But be careful, because your amazing powers come with risk. You must manage your Souring, lest you become everything you've fought against; a Bitter Witch. Downloading our game, you'll find: All of the rules you need to play Sugar & Spice.
