| Controls | Player 1 - wasd Player 2 - arrow keys | Mechanics | Horizontal Movement Jump (w or ↑) Wall Jumping (press jump while on yellow wall tiles) Detection Zones (all translucent zones need to be occupied to continue. Some require colour matching with the player) Player Assisted Jumps - Jumping off another player (CURRENTLY NOT WORKING) | About | This is a dual character controlling puzzle platformer. So far only the tutorial is available, but it should be a decent introduction to the available mechanics. The difficulty of this game stems from having to operate two characters at once, so dexterity and problem solving is essential. | Previews | | Credits | Objects+Layout - Me Coding+Component Setup - Me Music - taken from Zenerat/Paradot -> Kubinashi Recollection OST - Opening | Reflection | This game is inspired by Pico Park, as well as Fireboy and Watergirl for their cooperative puzzle-platforming designs and abundance of whacky mechanics. I wanted to shape the tutorial in a way that naturally introduces the mechanics and ease players into the style of how certain obstacles can appear. Wall jumping is a primary platforming mechanic that was added to be a more punishing and quick action/reaction based task. The repeated actions the player must do to stay afloat means stalling mid-route is not an option, which adds difficulty, but also more creativity to how routes can play out. Detection zones are a primary puzzle mechanic that were added to have players experiment and think about ways to get someone or something to fill all detection zones (for general zones) or which path a certain character needs to take to access their detection zone (for colour based).
