Cocytus

Page Hearthfire, son of Duke Hearthfire of the Westhill Kingdom survived his world falling into an icy void called Cocytus by an accident of fate. He travels between worlds and has gathered a group of allies to aid him in his journey to defeat Dracula and restore his frozen world. After fighting several battles against Dracula's forces Page and his men receive word that Page's older sister Cana is on board Dracula's floating castle and set out to rescue her. Page is accompanied by his allies: Edmond Dantes - The mysterious Count of Monte Cristo who has decided to aid Page on his quest. Dantes fights with his rapier and also has the ability to use spike traps and poison. Menelaus - The King of Sparta has decided to aid Page on his quest. He is a formidable warrior with the ability to provoke enemies to draw them to himself and the ability to release the accumulated damage he's taken onto his enemies. Merlin- A strange wizard that has decided to join Page for reasons unknown. He and Page both enjoy using Fireball. He can also summon skeletons and nap to recover his magic power INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO PLAY Cocytus is a prototype of an Active Time SRPG. In battle you can select a character and use the in game menu to command them. Out of battle you can move with WASD. The game can be paused in battle with the space button. You can also left click on a player unit as a shortcut to select that unit and right click on an enemy unit when a player unit is selected to target that unit with the selected player unit. The opening cutscene can be skipped with the x button. Because it's a prototype things are subject to change.
