Home Alone: Horror Night

Description: To play the game, you have to launch it in full-screen mode. It's a classic card game where you use a deck of cards to defeat waves of monsters sent by a TV possessed by an evil spirit. We were working to the last minute, and the game still has a few bugs, but we'll be working to fix them soon, so keep an eye out for it! Update: we fixed most of the bugs in the game, so it reached our planned submission for the jam, enjoy :D Controls: Only left click on your mouse ;) Change Log: Version 0.0.2 - Fixed issue where, after picking your wave clear reward, Player's HP Bar displayed Health State from the previous round. - Fixed issue where the Player's character disappeared before the death animation finished. - Fixed issue with Armor Points, which were counted but not displayed in the UI. Now you can use all armor-oriented cards properly. - Fixed issue where "You won!", "You lost!" screen wasn't displayed before going back to the Main Menu. - Fixed issue with Lizard monster animations. Now it behaves as planned. - Balance changes to adjust difficulty. Version 0.0.3 - Fixed issue where status icons weren't displayed in the UI. - Fixed issue where using a card with multiple damage instances and not all instances found their targets, the game got stuck with no action possible other than restarting the game. - Fixed issue where player couldn't play any cards from their hand and was forced to skip a turn. - Fixed issue where cards with multiple damage instances could target empty spaces, diminishing the damage overall output. - Balance changes to adjust difficulty. Version 0.0.4 - Fixed "End Turn" button behavior. Now it allows players to decide to finish their turn early. - Fixed issue where, after using a card, players could click on the target very fast, and apply multiple instances of the card effect onto the enemy.
