Sentinels in Space

Hello everyone!I'm Star, and I welcome you in this cozy little game!Warning! This game is in beta and may be very buggy.The game "Sentinels in Space" is a cozy "slice of life" game that shows us the average week of Maya and Valter, a young couple who work in a settlement on an uninhabited planet (well, now humans inhabit it) called Aina in the early 23rd century (2225).Although the main story is "cozy slice of life", throughout the 7 days we inspect and help the lovers we can have little adventures in many ways.Some of the themes that the game will touch are:-Little money, little football.(Maya, besides being a skilled mechanic, also plays in the town's football team. Though that's more of a side gig, as her main job is keeping things working.)-Bonding.(One of the overarching themes of this game is a couple overcoming everyday problems with their love. Each evening when they go to sleep, they talk a bit. Their love towards each other makes the bland and boring days joyful and fills them with hope.)-Cooking.(Okay, there is one cooking minigame in the entire game, but it was one of the possible criteria of the game and so I added it to add every criteria. Look, I didn't have enough time to make a masterpiece... Okay... I did have time, but I managed it badly... Who do you think Valter is based on?!)-Survival game.(Although the Sentinels' base is safe, Valter's game is a little survival sequence, so I guess that counts.)More trivial info:You can move with WASD or with the Arrow Keys.You can interact with the world by pressing (your face to something then pressing) the Space Button.The entire game was made by Star Creations (and specifically by me, Star, as currently I'm the only employee of the studio... Well, I guess I won't need to do well in order to be the employee of the month!)Every, asset and song used was made by Star.Programs used were:GB Studio,Piskel,andTiled.(You can check them out, they are free and you can make cool games with them!)The game should take from 8 minutes (when speedran) to an hour (when everything is read).This game was made for the "HEJ Game Jam", specifically for the one held in October, 2025.TLDR:Cozy game about a couple on a newly found planet.
