It all started late one night, when Dev looked out the window one night to find someone else staring at him at the window across from him. When this happened again and again, Dev realizes that maybe that person on the other window might be interested in him. And them meeting would be a night worth remembering, with all their passion-driven decisions and kept secrets emerging into the light.
