Build a Mech

This is an ashcan version of the game uploaded to make it in time for a Mech bundle. It will be worked on throughout the following week. Specifically, I haven't had the chance to test scoring yet or playtest this with others outside of myself. I'm also working on a battle system and will test out a few ideas before sharing them here.
