My entry for WGJ 104. This was pretty much the first idea that popped into my head. Sadly I didn't think it through too much and I managed to overscope a bit. Was able to finish the game, but not with the amount of iterations on the game design as I would've been comfortable with. You play as an IT support technician and you have to resolve as many requests as possible in the given time. Initially I wanted to explain very clearly how to handle each specific issue listed in the manual (well, ok, one of them just tells you what to pick), but I decided to leave it like this and see how people react. It's an experiment I guess... Let me know what you think!
