Mercado, MCGA “Tambakan Taktiks” is a deck-building roguelite where Sansan seeks to build his confidence through a beloved barangay game of the same name. He battles other kids using their mechs in turn-based card combat while gradually improving his deck. At each level, Sansan chooses new cards to add, and a randomly rolled die at the start of each turn influences his actions. Health persists between encounters, so players must balance healing and upgrades. Each location ends with a boss fight, and if Sansan is defeated, the run resets but collected cards are retained, encouraging replayability through randomness and evolving strategies.
