Umbarium Librarium+ True Fullscreen Plugin (MV)

I had to pull an all-nighter to make this possible, and it is made with AI, but screw you; I'm selling it anyway. This plugin is something we've all wanted for many years now, since 2015. What it does, as seen in the images, is it fully scales your game to the screen but without losing quality or even messing with your UI. Yes, you heard that correctly: while plugins like the one by Ophelia infamously make it so you have to completely go and reposition all your UI elements and even redo your maps because they're not large enough- hell, even the EngineCore mods do this- well, this does the exact opposite of that. This plugin completely enters fullscreen while tricking MV into thinking that your UI and maps are all still 816x624 so even while in fullscreen, it will not mean having to completely redo your game just to have Fullscreen, and unlike most fullscreen plugins that claim to be "True Fullscreen," this one actually is literally just that; it stretches the canvas to your screen on bootup. And the best part? It's completely plug-and-play. If you wish to modify my code, you may do so, and this plugin may be used however you like so long as it's for MV. Everything scales naturally with the UI, theres no loss in pixels nor any blurriness.
