In this game, the battlefield starts minimized, and victory goes to the player who best manages their active army and reinforcements. 🌀 The Core Mechanic: The Reserve Pool Unlike standard chess, you start the game with a minimal set of active pieces on the board. The rest of your army remains in your Reserve Pool: Rooks: 2 in reserve Knights: 2 in reserve Bishops: 1 in reserve Pawns: 5 in reserve ⚔️ How to Play On your turn, you must make a strategic decision: MOVE: Make a standard chess move with any active piece on the board. DEPLOY: Select a piece from your reserve pool and place it onto any empty square on your half of the board (Rows 1-4 for White, Rows 5-8 for Black). 🛑 Deployment Constraints No Direct Captures: You cannot deploy a piece directly onto an occupied square to capture an opponent's piece. No Instant Checks: A deployed piece cannot immediately declare check on the opponent's King on the turn it is deployed.
