The Judges is a live-action branching narrative game about a student team walking into the most important pitch of their lives. You arrive at the judging room ready to present your game, hoping to impress the panel and make it through the competition. At first, it seems like a normal pitch: answer their questions, explain your idea, and convince them your project deserves a chance. But the room quickly turns strange. The judges become hostile, the presentation collapses, and every choice pushes you deeper into an absurd nightmare of pressure, panic, and survival. Will you fight back, surrender, walk away, or completely break down? Each path leads to a different consequence, from escaping the room to being trapped in a surreal loop of your own bad decisions. Built in Ren'Py with live-action video, timed choices, quick-time events, and branching endings, The Judges turns the fear of being judged into a chaotic interactive comedy.
