The Open-Air Mental Hospital -- A Modern Adventure Setting for NowUltraRPG

This Adventure Setting creates a nation that is nothing other than an open-air mental hospital. Everyone has a mental disorder. Everyone! Everyone is either on prescription psycho-active drugs, illegal drugs, or is just getting fed drugs from the water, air and food. Everyone has a mental disorder. Most know they are suffering from some sort of problem, but can do little about it other than follow their doctors’ instructions, or go ‘off the reservation' at which point they will be targeted as a dangerous non-conformist – or worse.
