A whack-a-mole board for your stream that your chat plays together. Nine holes sit on screen, moles pop up, and anyone who types the hole number in Twitch chat whacks it. There is nothing to install for viewers and nothing to explain beyond "type 5". How it plays - Viewers type a single number from 1 to 9. "5", "#5", "hit 5" and "whack 5" all count. Ordinary chat such as "888" or "2024" is ignored. - Four mole types: Normal +1, Quick +2 (up for a shorter time), Gold +5, and Bomb -3. Hitting a bomb benches that viewer for 6 seconds. - Hits in a row build one shared team combo. Every 5 hits the point multiplier goes up, to a maximum of x5. A miss resets it, so chat has to coordinate. - The side panel shows the latest hit, the top 3 players, the mole types, the player count and the best combo. - Scores are kept per day by default and survive an OBS restart. Press R to reset. What is in the download 16 theme folders (default navy and gold, Neon, Sakura, Kawaii, Gold, Forest, Crimson, Violet, Mono, Ocean, Sunset, Aurora, Wamodern, Mocha, Terminal, and Snow for bright layouts), each with a Twitch entry (twitch.html) and a OneComme entry (index.html), plus an English README and license. Setup in OBS, about two minutes 1. Unzip the whole package and keep the __twitch folder next to the theme folders. 2. Add a Browser Source, untick Local file, and enter file:///.../panda-mogura-neon/twitch.html?twitch=yourchannel 3. Set it to about 750 x 630. The background is transparent. Open twitch.html?demo=1 to see it before you go live. Customizing The CONFIG block at the top of script.js holds the timing, number of moles, combo step, bomb penalty, cooldown, leaderboard size, sound and an optional prefix word (for example !whack). Colors and sizes are in the first block of style.css. Technical notes Twitch chat is read anonymously and read-only, the same way many chat overlays work. No Twitch account, OAuth token, API key or bot is needed, and viewers' messages are not sent anywhere. No images, web fonts or CDN files are loaded; the moles are drawn in CSS and the sounds are synthesized. Works in the OBS browser source on Windows and macOS, and in Chrome or Edge. License Use it on personal, business and monetized streams and edit it for your own channel. Redistribution and resale of the files are not allowed.
