Play as a food producer, secure food for your city and adapt to cataclysms in this clicking game! Manage resources and visualize your impact on the environment. The Subsyst Simulator is designed to raise awareness about challenges in food production and consumption, and the potential of cities to reduce their CO2-footprint. Instructions To play the game, use Chrome or Firefox web browsers. Mobile devices are not supported.You may adjust the size of the window by pressing CTRL/cmd and the hyphen key (-) to zoom out, or CTRL/cmd and the plus key (+) to zoom in.Press the "Run game" button. Once the game loads, you may type in anything in the "First and last names" and "Institution's name" fields. You have to type in something in both fields to enable the "Continue" button. Play modes (Option 1) You may choose to learn about the game mechanics with the "Tutorial" button. The Tutorial has the Producer Mode on. (In this mode, you are in control of the production of resources and upgrades). (Option 2) You may skip the tutorial and play in the Producer Mode by just pressing the "Start" button. (Option 3) Click on one of the agendas for the AI bot and then press "Start". This enables the Intervention Mode, (an AI bot plays the game, and you can intervene at any moment).
