rogue is almost decent now

every character in nuclear throne has its passive and active ability. some of them (melting and frog) have also a negative passive (less health, stupid controls). rogue has TWO negative passives, having more idpd spawn in each level and not having the rad canisters. so i made this small mod that automatically gives you a portal strike at the start of the level, so that the rad canister can come back. the ultra a gives you 2 portal strikes at the start of the level (duh). skeleton also has two negative passives, classical sheeper did this buff mod for him.this was built on the Yokin's fish example. btw, i'm trying to get rogue b for a month and i needed to relief all my hate for rogue here.
