You play as an covert agent, trying to create and burst economical bubbles in a rivaling kingdom. Use HYPE to generate market interest, and invest on your own to fill up Market Investment to burst the bubble. But watch out, certain actions will incur Suspicion from the government. If Suspicion gets full, you will lose, so be careful! Upgrades are persistent across towns. Policies are town-specific but could be enabled/disabled to gain/avoid big rewards/penalty.
