Never Delivered

**WELCOME TO A CITY THAT ONLY SELLS ANTICIPATION** You've played tycoon games where the goal is to win. This is not that game. In Never Delivered, you roll dice, buy streets, bid at dark-web auctions for moon deeds and naming rights, short-sell stocks with real margin calls, build companies and burn them to the ground before raiders take them — and every purchase teaches you exactly how little it was worth. **WHAT YOU DO** 🎲 **Board-game core** — Roll, buy, upgrade. Landlords must be paid. Dice regenerate every 45 seconds. 🛍 **Luxury mall** — Eight fully-written satirical products. Scroll through the poetry of marketing, then pull back the curtain: see the real cost breakdown. That badge? 0.1% of the price. 🔨 **Dark-web auctions** — Intelligence has a price. Smoke bombs have a price. So does "Van Gogh's lost manuscript (allegedly)." 📈 **Real short-selling** — 20% margin, daily borrow fees, forced liquidation at +20%. The market can hurt you. ⚔️ **Corporate warfare** — IPO, poison pills, scorched earth. Burning your own factory crashes the sector's stock. Everything connects. 📱 **Gig work** — Out of dice? Drive rideshare, deliver food, grind at a tech giant (stock options included), or play the 30-second livestream rhythm game. 🎭 **Four tycoons want your money** — a real-estate baron who buys your streets, a media mogul who sells your reputation, a financial raider who shorts your portfolio, and a platform billionaire whose "premium service fee" scales with how much you've spent. **FOUR ENDINGS. ONE TRUTH.** Oligarch. Awakened. Exile. Ruin. Each one is the city telling you something honest about desire. Save your ending card as an image. Share it. Dare your friends. **THIS GAME IS SATIRE.** Every brand is fictional. Every price is absurd. Every mechanic is a mirror. The process is the product. Delivery is optional. ## Tags `satire` `dark comedy` `board game` `tycoon` `simulation` `economic` `strategy` `singleplayer` `html5` `browser game` ## Screenshot captions 1. The detail page simply wasn't reading it. So in English mode you'd tap a handbag and get a wall of Chinese. That's wired up now. The product page, the showcase grid, the series collections and even your warehouse labels all switch languages properly. A test now walks all eight products and fails the build if a single Chinese character survives in English mode. **Locked doors explain themselves** Before the three tutorial steps are done, most of the city is closed to you. Previously tapping one of those doors gave you a two-second toast — *"the other doors aren't open yet"* — and left you guessing. Now it opens a small panel instead, with the actual unlock condition: a three-step checklist showing what you've done, what you're on, and what's left, plus a counter. Two ways out: **back to the board** (where you can actually make progress) or **got it**. **Still true** The city sells anticipation. Delivery remains optional. --- *Play it in your browser:* https://f45452ea74ab40ffbdd75ea5d09b68df.sg2.agentos-app.run ---
