Patient Zero

The hospital is only the beginning. Play as Patient Zero, a relentless zombie trapped inside a crowded medical center. Stalk the halls, bite and infect all ten humans, and vanish from their sight before they can catch you. Then force open the exit and step into a world on the edge of collapse. The infection is spreading—and you won’t stop until everyone has turned.
