Tailgate Hunt Pa's driving the old two-tone pickup down the back roads, and you and your cousin Dale are riding in the bed with a shotgun and the hound dog. You've got 90 seconds of daylight to bag as many rabbits as you can. Then the sun goes down, Pa stops the truck, and something big hops out of the field. HOW IT PLAYS - Aim and shoot from the back of a moving truck. Rabbits hop out of the bushes, sit still for a moment, then bolt. - Far-off rabbits are harder to hit and worth more points. - Watch for colored rabbits that multiply your points: blue (x2), green (x3), orange (x4), yellow (x5) and the rare rainbow rabbit (x10). - The golden jackrabbit is fast and worth 10,000 points. - Build a hit streak for up to a x10 multiplier. One miss and it's gone. - When Pa hollers "Hang on!", the truck is about to hit a bump and your aim will jump. - Don't shoot the neighbors' animals. It costs you points and Dale will never let you hear the end of it. FIVE BACK ROADS 1. Hadley Farm: green pastures, a red barn and Mr. Hadley's cows 2. Pine Ridge: mountain pines and deer that are out of season 3. Sunflower Flats: golden prairie, hay bales and Aunt June's horses 4. Cypress Bayou: Spanish moss, a stilt shack and wading herons 5. Red Rock Canyon: mesas, saguaros and Old Pete's burros BOSS BUNNIES At sundown on every road, a giant Easter Bunny shows up with a basket full of eggs and throws them at the truck. Shoot the eggs out of the air before they splat across your view. You have 45 seconds to knock him out. Each boss is tougher than the last, and the later ones duck behind cover. Beat a boss to earn a bigger gun and open the next road: Pump Shotgun > Magnum Pump > Auto Shotgun > Scattergun > Thunder Twelve > Golden Thunder RANKS Finish each hunt with a rank from Greenhorn all the way up to Legend of the County. Your best score on each road is saved.
