Beyond The Waves is a queer, loose take on the Disney version of the story by Hans Christian Anderson. Atlantica is on the edge of a war with the human kingdom, Tirulia. As the youngest child of King Triton, you are sent above the waves to settle things between the two kingdoms, as a last resort. You are welcomed with disgusted glances and few warm smiles.
