It's Tea Time! [#trijam 156 2022]

It's Tea Time! (~4mins) ◘Controls: (arrow_keys/shift/a/s/d/f/x) •The 4 arrow_keys: move up/down/left/right •a/d Hold to aim (turnrate) •S to Fire: Shotgun (tap), Bomb (tap with short hold), Minigun (hold) •F to interact: Tap F while ontop of teacup to Grab/drop, hold F to drink from the grabbed teacup •Shift Hold: Holding shift while aiming (i.e. Shift+a/d) will increase your turnrate •Shift Tap: Tapping shift will swap your weapons to white (less dmg, larger radius) •X: tap X when prompted by the various menu to advance to the game. Tapping X at the endscreens will restart the game. Recommend using right-hand on arrow_keys, left-hand starting with pinkie should rest on shift/a/s/d. You will use be holding shift alot. ◘The UI: HP/25 | time/240s | Leaves_in_cup/10| Cup_Hp/250 (Note a squiggly will appear to the left of HP when white weapons are on i.e. shift_tap) ◘Objective: Drink an edible blend of tea leaves when teacup has cooled •Keep your hp above 0 •Keep 10 or fewer enemies from touching the teacup •Keep the teacup from dying from your own bombs •after 240s, when timer<0, drink from the teacup (grab teacup then hold f). You will only have 10 seconds to do so, until time=-10. ◘Tips: ☻take some time practicing the controls. Particularly the 3 weapons u fire with s. Short tap is shotgun, u can tap tap tap and shoot them fairly quick. Hold that tap just a little longer and you'll fire the bombs...hold it too long and you'll automatically fire the minigun. ☻when equipped/grabbed, the teacup is still vulnerable from the right side. Enemies hitting u from above/left/below will protect the cup and only damage you. ☻the teacup is hot! Don't drink before those 4 minutes are up. And be careful not to carry it for too long at a time, it will burn you causing it to drop. ☻Failure to drink the teacup within 10 seconds of time<0 (when it has cooled down) will result in game_over. You must consume your tea at optimal temperature! ☻bombs when they explode injure the teacup and enemies, that's it. If you accidently drop a bomb on the teacup, quickly move it out of the way! This is a very hard game. I set the bar pretty low here as my best score in the finished product was 10/10. The highest score to achieve is 0/10...aka drinking water!
