A Tether Forged In The Stars (ashcan version)

A Tether Forged In The Stars is a hack of the game “Tether” by Adam Baffoni moved into the world of “Ironsworn: Starforged” by Shawn Tomkin. It was created during the “Starforged 2022 Jam” by Julius Hennig. Accordingly, most of the work in A Tether Forged In The Stars is the product of Adam Baffoni’s doing. I merely adapted some of the wording as well as added prompts to fit the “Starforged” system. A Tether Forged In The Stars is a role-playing game for two players. A Tether Forged In The Stars is intended to be played as a mini-game during and parallel to a “Starforged” campaign to shed light on a settlement that is already known or that has yet to be discovered. It can be used to deepen the lore surrounding the truths of your game and campaign. A Tether Forged In The Stars is played through the process of writing journal entries. Each player will play one character living in the same settlement in the Forge, but during different time periods. These two characters and their destinies are connected and intertwined by a journal known as A Tether Forged In The Stars. This journal allows them to exchange messages to each other through time. Over the course of the game, the two players will work together to discover and uncover the secret of an ancient being that haunts the town. This game uses a deck of cards and players will take turns drawing those cards associated with prompts used to write a journal entry.
