Tallawah - MGK Game Jam

Tallawah Adventure Game based in Jamaica Tallawah is an adventure game about a Jamaican girl, Seashell, living in Montego Bay, Jamaica during the early 2000s. She's tasked with getting the groceries from the local shops to make traditional beef patties with her grandmother. She traverses through the streets of Jamaica warding off the environment, getting help from residents and her cousins using things she's everyday items. She decides to help with the massive litter problem by cleaning up the streets. It's a non-violent form of gameplay with the Jamaican proverbs, 'Out of many, one people.' And 'We likkle but we tallawah!'. meaning, 'We're little, but we're big!' This game is filled with Patois (Patwah), the language of Jamaica, vibrant colors, original Dancehall lofi, and Reggae music.
