First time operating on an alien? No problem, you will have plenty of aliens to practice on. How to play? -Having trouble connecting the organ back to its place? Try grabbing the vein, hovering it over the organ, and pressing W to connect -Press S to move scanner -Use LMB to grab objects -Use clamps to slow down the bleeding -To place clamps, press W while holding it on an open vein, to remove it, just grab it -Use blood packs to add some lost blood.
