Water Barons is a narrative-driven game where you transition civilization into the impending post-apocalypse. The planet's oceans are being drained by unknowable alien invaders. As the newly-ascended Water Baron of Latimeria, your duty is to accumulate as much water as you can. In this world, water is the de facto currency and only those who control it have any real power. Make decisions that shape the lives of those in your barony, prepare for the coming of the Dry Age, and, most importantly, pursue Growth at any cost. ------------------------------------------------------- Water Barons is approximately 5 hours long, depending on reading and decision speed.
