They called this new planet "NeoEarth". However, only those who could pay were allowed in the new planet and the planet was placed at the other side of Earth´s orbit to avoid any type of illegal inmigration. The story follows Luis, a young man that was abandoned in the sewers and was adopted by NeoEarth inmigrants. What he does and says affects the story. So think about the future before doing anything.
