There is no cure, and you stopped planning for a future a long time ago. Elias never did. He became a doctor, built his research around your illness, and now believes his latest treatment may actually work. Then you start walking the halls. Other patients have Vesper Syndrome too. Some of their names mean nothing to you. Others are connected to people you haven't seen in years. People who embarrassed you, hurt you, or once mattered to you. Elias seems to have known about their illnesses before anyone else did. And buried in his records are details that have nothing to do with medicine.
