Spoon Con: a con LARP about self care & spoons

Originally designed for convention season, Spoon Con can be used virtually anywhere. The concept of the amount of energy that people with chronic illnesses or mental health concerns have during the day can be quantified in units, called spoons. As you venture in public, use Spoon Con to gauge your difficult or good interactions, and how to know when you might need to take a break.
