Asteroid Miner

Asteroid Miner is a fresh take on the Atari classic game Asteroids where instead of destroying every asteroid in sight your objective is to mine valuable minerals from them! You'll navigate your ship through an area of space that is densely populated with asteroids and deploy astronaut miners to gather minerals from them. Just make sure you come back for them before they run out of oxygen! Asteroid Miner was created during a week-long community game jam dubbed "Clone The Game Jam" where everybody started out with the same base project and had to put their own spin on it to make a new game. The base project was a simple Asteroids clone, and this is what I ended up with at the end of the week!
