The Waking Void

Waking Void is a short, atmospheric first-person walking simulator that invites you to explore a mysterious forest at dusk. You play as a wanderer seemingly trapped in a dream-like world that feels unfamiliar... and unsettling. But there’s more to this place than meets the eye. As you roam the darkened woods, you’ll encounter strange terminals along your path. Disabling them triggers voice messages, that offer a somewhat deeper narrative experience. Hidden within the environment, are 3 eerie clown toys waiting to be found. If you discover these hidden figures, you have the choice to shut them down, but they are not necessary to reach the end. Designed to be completed in 5-10 minutes, Waking Void offers a quiet, simple and contemplative experience inspired by David Wehle's 'Abdication' project. The void awaits.
