My Inner Demons (ft. Teflon Sega)

A narrative-driven experience about the emotional weight we carry, the kind that isn’t always visible but still shapes how we feel and move through the world. It explores the idea of invisible connections, how fear, memory, and loneliness quietly bind us to the past. I wanted to capture that feeling of lying in bed, eyes closed, hoping for peace but spiraling instead. You play as Alaana, navigating a surreal dreamscape shaped by her emotions. There is no combat or complex systems, just atmosphere, music, and quiet tension. Shadowy figures represent parts of herself she is trying to face, and each step reveals more of her story. As she explores, Alaana collects music fragments that act as emotional turning points, with tracks by Teflon Sega helping guide her forward through moments of vulnerability and healing. This project was built to push my creativity and focus on storytelling through mood. With music by Teflon Sega, and inspired by Little Nightmares and Inside, this isn’t just a game about escaping darkness, it’s about facing it.
