In an ancient forgotten temple, buried under a silent asleep world, a singular creature is born, last legacy of an antique ancestry of guardians of nature. His birth is the last chapter of a restoration opus having its roots in times no one (or almost) has memory of anymore... Guided by his sole instinct, the Bearer takes up the Pothorn which was always destined to him, and embarks in a journey to discover a vast land surrounded by nature, looking for the last miraculous seeds able to grow into flowers. In a world suspended in eternal, verdant limbo, populated with the poor remains of a civilization without memory and strange hermits, the Bearer is called to travel valleys and untangle among ruins from the past, climb mountains and descend into caves, collect the precious seeds, grow them in his Pothorn and take care of the last flowers yielded by nature. PLAY THE TECH DEMO! Just download the archive, unzip it and open the Florifer.exe file. Don't forget to give us some feedback on your experience! An XBOX controller and a headset are advised. You can find the save file named "Salvataggio.sav" at C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Florifer\Saved\SaveGames CONTROLS UPDATES New Pothorn Design! The new Pothorn is more compact and refined, with a nice root system to automatically attach wrap around the character's arms. No need to grab it from the ground or leave it anywhere: you can now carry it whereever you want.Improved menuing. We sensitively reduced the complexity of the menuing across flower management and inventory to have you basically pressing less buttons to do more and spend less time in menus. The flower menu is also dynamic and doesn't pause the game action, so you can check your flower's stats on the fly at any time.No music. Have a try, let us know how you like the atmosphere now.Better visuals, increased performance. We improved some extensively used shaders and reworked our trees to reduce draw calls and polycounts and gain performance. KNOWN BUGS Partial compatibility between controller and UI. If you're playing with a controller, you'll find yourself unable to exit a few menus or select specific options. Unfortunately, right now, you'll have to resort to a mouse for full UI navigation.UI is placeholder. The looks and functioning of the UI is a placeholder and not representative of the final product. Some elements may look jittering and unpleasant, but keep in mind they're not intended to be definitive.Charater's Ears Physics. The character's ears may look broken due to physics asset issues.Unstable crate physics. There are some physiscs based crates in the tech demo. The interaction with them may throw the character and/or the crate with excessive force in undesired directions.Rare map despawn bug. The map may very rarely despawn at game launch or in specific areas, resulting in the character falling in the void. Exit the game and restart to get back to a stable situation. If the bug repeats consistently, please get in contact with us.Rare item swap glitch. You could find yourself unable to swap items. Exit the game and restart to get back to a stable situation. If the bug repeats consistently, please get in contact with us.Lost focus sotlock. If you ALT-TAB or press ESC or lose focus on the game while a menu is open, you may be no longer able to interact with the menu itself, making it impossible to continue playing. In this case, we recommend force-closing the game and re-launching it.
